Roy was the nephew of Walt Disney and the senior executive of the Disney Company for a number of years.
As part of our Quote Series, here I take a close look at Roy’s quote through a Decision Science lens. Because he makes a great point ‒ when we’re clear about what we want in a given situation, it’s much easier to sift through possibilities to see which option is most preferable to us. In the video, I demonstrate what this concept is like in action with a story from my own life: car shopping for my family’s third vehicle.
